Gained 4 pounds over the past three weeks and Thanksgiving added another two...I have been doing so well for a year now don't know why I am loosing my strength now. It's a full time job keeping my weight down feeling a little tired of the battle.

Excellent! I can't tell you enough how it's helped me. I went from 164 pounds and now I am 131 I have 7 more pounds to go to be in the healthy range of my BMI. Stick with it and excersise it helps keep your positve attitude. If I can do this anyone can.
