Yep - starting again. Lost some weight for a trip, but haven't really taken care of myself since. Looking for ways to keep at it, especially in the summer months with camping and bbq's. I find I do well all week, but then put it back on on the weekend, then spend the week losing that same freakin' weight! Vicious circle.…

I'm 5'5", currently 160 lbs, wanting to get to 125 for a cruise in April....! Looking for something that will actually help me watch what I eat so I can wear that bikini on the boat!

Hmm...I guess I need to try something to get motivated... Oct starting weight - 163 lbs Goal weight for Oct - 152 Self Challenge - power walk 1 hr 3x a week. New to the forum....going on a cruise in April and really need to get in shape.
