  • From what i understand that happens because you are supposed to eat them. The daily goal is already a deficit to lose weight. When you now exercise you burn even more calories which leads to a higher deficit, which can make your body cling to the fat because it thinks you are going to starve yourself.

  • I tried things like yogurt with frozen berries. It was nice and refreshing but did not really help. I'm not a smoothie fan though, so i did not try those. I still have some berries and yogurt i might just try get some of that down to get a bit higher before i go to bed.

  • I put everything on one day that i ate before getting up in the "morning" after my good night sleep. So when i stand up in the middle of the night to have a snack i have it in my snacks of the day before.

  • It totally depends where you start. When you start very very high like i did, the 100lbs can go down pretty fast, but most will be water weight. I started at 550lbs and i am convinced that getting down 100lbs from there is MUCH MUCH easier than from for example 350lbs.
