I can say that for myself the 'when' does not matter at all. The worst part for me was/is that i might not get older as 40, which is just a 9 years and 2 months more than i'm now. The best part of being .. well i prefer 'healthy' not sin, is to live and have the chance to see my future kids grow up, and first of all get them :)

I am 1.90 meters (6'3'') tall and my normal weight would be at 90kg (198lbs) though my final goal is actually more around 100 -110 kg ( 220 - 242 lbs) because i don't wanna look thin... i wanna look healty but still have something to grab hold on. *lol*

Yes my boyfriend knows it.. Actually since my tummy is too big to see the sliders of the scale he is the one who reads it while i stand on it. And i can say for myself i like that he knows it.. he sees my progress and can cheer for me.. and if i go up he can support and encourage me to make it better the next week. :)

Yeah for me breakfast is "First meal" no matter if morning, noon, afternoon, evening or night. just like Dinner is the second and evening is the third.. i don't go after times because my rhythm is way more different than what most call 'normal' so the rules like "don't eat after 6" and stuff do not apply. *g*

Don't stress yourself. Some people even plan a day a week/month where they just eat what they want and go over their limits. As long as it is not regularly each day or over the whole week it's perfectly fine and you are doing great. Tomorrow is a new day :)
