I am definitely into the idea of making my scale disappear for a bit. I am used to weighing myself between 4 and 9 times daily, I think scale disappearance would be a very good thing. I'm in. 1 week scaleless. Go us!

I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but for me, it is. I ate a sleeve of crackers (wow, I know but still) And then I consumed a plate of pork roast dinner :D I am pleased (scared but pleased) I weighed in at 108 today which is better than the 105 of last week.

I see a psychologist, a psychiatrist, a general practitioner, an addictions worker, a social worker and a dialectical behavioral therapy skills worker.
