Milekelly - you and I are at about the same weight, with the same goals--You're going to be a great inspiration to me!! You're better at exercise than I, though this week (no work) I've got the chance to get a lot in!

Great job!!!

I'm in a four day plateau--eeek! Need to get some exercise this weekend!

I'm starting late too--my actual goal is 30 lbs by May 10. I'm down about 5 since late December. SW - 176 CW - 171.4 GW - 145 Thanks for the inspiration!!

Logging everything is so important, even if you're going to be over calories.

Keep it up, Becky--you deserve to be good to YOU.

dim4mom, that's awesome--congrats!

bri170lb, what is your 30 day squat challenge?

Back on track after exceeding calorie goals for a few days--kept up exercise, so that helped. Working on a big forum on Thursday, so that will help. Being busy really helps!! It is also refreshing, and inspiring, to hear what people here are doing--even when you slip and get right back on track.

Holy cow:. I had been so good and lost 3 lbs. Went out to a wonderful dinner with the fam, did really well, but had wine. When we came home, I went berserk:. Chocolate, popcorn, more wine. Today I have a sugar headache, and I'm back on the program. But what the #&$@ was that???. I wasn't feeling deprived. I blame the…

OH--just found you! I really appreciated your 3 day sprint to the New Year, so I'd love to join this 3 week one! K eep them coming--shorter goals seem more manageable! Thank you--on to 30 lbs gone and, more importantly, a fitter bod!

Good morning from the Pacific NW--I'm Susie, 55, just started back on MFP with my new Fitbit Charge HR last weekend. I started with a 3 day jumpstart, and it felt empowering to begin before the new years resolution timeframe. I have about 30 lbs to lose before my son's college graduation in May and I'd like exercise to…

Ok, everyone:. Time to use that Fit bit to your advantage. My goal is to either do 30-45 minds of cardio in the gym every day or 10,000 steps. I have 30 pounds to lose. I have linked my Fitbit to My Fitness PaL. If you log daily, you WILL reach your goal!. Who is with me?

I feel so awesome, I'm making it four days, at least from an exercise standpoint!. Lost 3 pounds, on my way to 30. On my way to the gym. Happy New Year, everyone!

Meranda29, do you go to a class or do you have a zumba video/app? I've been looking for something to do at home. Day 2 I had PT and then went to the gym--30 mins on bike. Under calorie goal and a little weight loss. I'm so glad to start this BEFORE Jan 1--somehow it seems more empowering and not so band-wagony.

I got the charge HR for Christmas too--love it already, after having a Fitbit One for several years.

Stayed on goal yesterday, even though I had a chunk of that gingerbread house in my hot little hands....took a bite--it wasn't that good--and tossed it. Got 10,000 steps. On to day 2
