That's a little less than 2 lbs a week which is totally doable, but to get a consistent 2lbs a week can get tough. Good news is you can get the results you work for!

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party yesterday. I reigned it in and tracked everything I ate and still came in under my calorie goal (after a 5 mile run). I had a couple pieces of pizza and a piece of cake and I regret nothing!

I ate everything. Name it and I unabashedly ate it. I woke up on Monday weighting 5+ lbs more than where I was Sunday. Luckily it was mostly bloat and I've gotten rid of it all and then some since, but it set me back a few days, that's for sure!

I do awesome at work for the most part and then get home and just quit. I maybe complete 1 entry a week. I'm terrible. I'll open it up for sure, but I know it's a calories in/calories out problem so I'm just not logging correctly or eating junk. Sigh. It's my fault!

I'm 5'8 I'm 192 lbs I am trying to lose weight. I net 1500 calories a day (or try to) I lift, I run, I elliptical. I'm trying to get into a routine with some beachbody workouts. I'm trying to get down to a healthy BMI and then see how I feel. I'm more about building muscle. BUT I'm at a standstill weightloss wise.

I"m really new to calorie counting and the like, but I found that eating too much sodium, especially if you've got a water retention issue can cause a lot of ups and downs on the scale.
