If you want you can or you can stick with the weight that's on there already If your weight is drastically different on monday then i would change it but if its a pound of two different i would leave it

We can modify challenge 3 to limit the coffee to two cups max And sarahkimpton what kind of arthritis do you have because all of these exercise besides the burpees which can be modified are lower impact, message me and we can figure out what you could be able to do for a challenge instead :)
