I agree.. its amazing how much we put in our mouth and until we document it we arent aware of how it adds up. At 6 weeks there are still soo many areas of this program you havent even touched on.. check out the blogs, and stay in touch on the board-- It all really helps.

I agree with those who said not to wash your hair in every shower. If my hair is damp from sweat I will let the roots get wet as i wash my face and back of my neck but I pull it back in a bun/ponytail and do not wash and condition my hair every time I shower. I logged it this month bc I am in a weigh in challenge and I felt like a cheater when I considered leaving my weight alone. I figure next week I will be super excited because those three lbs will drop off in addition to any other weight I lose.
