There is this song in zumba where we do burpees (really fast), push ups, and squats through the whole song. Last week I was able to do the whole song and keep up without modifying anything or stopping. It felt awesome! :)

I've lost 52 lbs in a little over a year. I have 18 left to reach my goal. Eating healthy, mostly paleo, zumba, running, strength classes. I can't believe I'm actually that close to my goal weight, it doesn't seem real.

I have the belly hang thing too... but it has gone down a lot after losing 50 lbs. I expect it to go away completely (or close to it) once I'm at a healthy weight. I've had 4 babies (2 natural, 2 c-sections).

I do zumba about 3 times per week and eat mostly paleo... I've lost 20 lbs in the last 8 weeks. My belly is definitely shrinking! Love zumba!!!

I'm trying to lose 20 lbs by Christmas too! I started on Sept. 29th and am down 11 lbs already! I'm eating a paleo diet and workout (mostly zumba and running) 3-5 times per week.

I'll join! 5/6/14 Current Weight: 185.8 9/15/14 Goal Weight (for Sept.): 165 I like that this is a "post when you can" along the way kind of thing.

I have 4... ages 11, 9, 5, and 1. My gym time is my "me time". I just started going regularly a few months ago and love it. Before that I did tend to use my kids as an excuse. I'm still not great at managing my time, but am getting better, and fitting in that me time is wonderful. :)

I love all breakfast foods! Things I've been eating recently are egg whites with laughing cow queso cheese wedge mixed in, bacon, English muffin with PB and honey, egg white and ham on an Arnold sandwich thin, or granola.
