  • Heart rate monitor. Makes sure I'm working heard enough but not out of my fat burning zone. Gives me calories burned and % calories burned of fat. Super motivating.
  • I've dealt with thigh rubbing pretty much all my life. I wear fitness shorts under my regular shorts or wear fitness capris. I even wear these types of shorts under skirts instead of underwear as I cannot stand thigh chaffing throughout the day.
  • Water + a squeeze of Real Lemon + a few drops of liquid Stevia (the real stuff that has only water and Stevia extract) This has no calories and a lot of flavor.
