  • I've tried it a couple of times. I'm in pretty good shape, work out 3-6 times a week, and it kicked my *kitten*. If you can stick to it, I'm sure it will do wonders to your body. Unfortunatly all it did for me was to take all the joy away from working out, so I stopped trying after a week and went back to my other routines…
