I always tell people that don't want to sign up for a race because they think they'll be last that SOMEONE has to finish last and no one will look down on you for it.   • I have been eating vegan for 25 days now. I think I'm sticking to it pretty well. I'm proud that I haven't settled for a salad for a meal yet :) I like it a lot. You can look online for lots of great recipes. Check out whole foods website.

  • I read that article too. I think there can be a fine line between being dedicated to a diet for the right reasons and going overboard with it and harming yourself. That's the problem with self-monitored diet plans like MFP... people should probably check with a doctor or dietician to make sure what they're doing is correct.
