L1D3 done! Had to miss yesterday because of a homework all-nighter the night before. This is off topic, but does anyone know if it is better to be a little above or a little below your calorie goals for the day? I usually come in below, but my limit is 1200 so that doesn't seem like a good idea.

Just finished D2L1. I've had this DVD for a while and done L1 quite a few times (never done the entire 30 days) so I'm pretty familiar with it, but some days are still harder than others. My goal for day 10 is to do all of the push ups not on my knees.

Just finished L1D1. Here are my starting stats: SW: 125 GW: 100 Biceps: 11 in. Waist: 30 in. Belly: 35 in. Hips: 37 in. Thighs: 22 in.

I love Jillian and have this DVD, but have never used it for 30 days straight. I want to give it a try. I'll start on Wed. Not looking forward to the before pictures!

Thanks for all the tips! I will get as close as I can to an appropriate calorie count. It would be nice if all restaurants had nutritional information. It makes it easier not to eat too much once you see how many calories things have.
