  • That's up to you, but I count tap water, bottled water and carbonated water as water. Everything else can be listed as food or snacks (coffee, soda, milkshake, soup, etc.), so I would list those there, not as water.
  • It makes a huge difference. I couldn't drink soda now, it would be too sweet. If I drink a diet soda, I get stomach cramps and feel nauseous. I try drinking water only, but sometimes I'll eat something with a strong taste, then I'll have a cup of coffee to wash the taste away.
  • How about water with mint/lemon/lime/oranges/strawberry slices? Or keep trying different tea varieties until you find one you do like. I drink jasmine tea, because I love the floral scent. Doesn't taste the way it smells, though, lol!
