I used to work at burger king (a million years ago) and we used to drop the patties on the floor and serve them all the time... I NEVER eat that crap... EVER... Hopefully this will make it easier to avoid the NASTY FAT GROSS ICKY FOOD! (did I convince you!?) worst part is... I'm not lying =)

How about a stash of lean budget gourmet meals, (low in calories, and cheap)...... quick easy and they can be eaten in the tray....should be enough calories to keep everyone moving.. =)

If you make really good choices, 1200 (or more) calories will really take you far. The Healthy Pop Pop corn is always a good go to snack for me. only 100 Cals for the whole BAG! kinda high in salt, but I always drink a big bottle of water with it... Go there, order something for your son, and know that if you want to lose weight, Sonic is not for you. Order a diet slush for while he eats, then have a nice big salad when you get home. Better yet, tell him how much you love him and want him to be healthy, and drive on by!

I quit smoking April 27th 2011 after 30 years. My lungs are sooooooo clear now, and I can breathe, and taste, and exercise without feeling like I am going to die... I would just make sure you have a new job secured before leaving your current work. Its hard to find work these days ( take it from me... I am 43, I graduated with my bachelors degree after the death of my husband and its been a year and I can't find work..) I would always follow my passions, but its always a good choice…

I have them on my heels, and one (new one) growing on my Achilles tendon..its not really painful (and the others are not at all) but I have to stretch that tendon out really well before walking.
