I love french dressing, its higher in calories so instead of putting directly on my salad I put in as small dish and dip my fork in the dressing then stab my salad. It significantly cuts down on the amount of dressing without compromising on taste.

I feel that the idea of a "cheat day" is kinda stupid. It makes eating non-healthy food sound sneaky and seem like a really bad thing. Today i had had a chocolate milkshake and it was awesome and I was still under my calorie goal. Everything is cool in moderation.

I just started it also. On the treadmill I use 3 for walking and 5 for jogging.

Im 5'2 and currently 130 my ultimate goal is 108lbs, which is the weight i was before i started college and destroyed my body with pizza and booze.

I listen to music that I typically would listen too, mostly 90's rap like NWA, DMX, and Tupac.

I go fairly slow so its my muscles doing the work, not the momentum of the movement.

My scale shows ozs and I def think its important because you can see your progress better

I weigh myself every morning when I wake up. I know a lot of people advise against weighing daily but I use a digital scale that show decimal places so even seeing a .2lb drop keeps me more motivated. But I only log it in when i drop one or two pounds.
