I like to cook tofu in my air fryer, I’ll cube it and toss it in some corn starch and olive oil and air fry until crispy. I’ll but bbq sauce in it and throw it in a pita or on a salad or put some orange chicken sauce on it and eat it with rice. Just make sure you press it.

Hi, I am also a server at a chain restaurant. I typically work ten hour shifts often with no break, and also struggle being around all of the food and the free access to sugary sodas. To lean to control myself I studied the nutrition menu and learned the approx. calorie content to the foods I was most likely to consume. So…

To the original poster: It seems that the quality of education is not reasoning behind the the possible homeschooling decision, but your sisters social problems. I am not a proffesional nor a parent, but i can share my personal experiances. I was a very shy child, and dreaded going to any social function, and hated any…

I did my 7th session yesterday, suats- 75, bench- 60 (failed), row- 60. I just managed to get past the bar on the over head press in session 6 and dead-lifted 95. I'm progressing slowly because I have been only going to the gym 2 days a week instead of 3. My only days off work are Monday, Tuesday and Friday so I workout…

I've tried using orange juice in place of water, but I can't remember the shisha flavor though, also try wine with a grape, apple or anything that complements the specific blend of your wine of choice. As for the the smoke, I don't know how the additives in the shisha affect the body, but people allover the world have been…

My wedding is the first weekend in may so i only have just under six weeks to go. Unfortunately I'm no where near my goal (originally planned to be 108) I'm 124 right now and and shooting to be 118-120 by the wedding. I recently started a waitressing job that keeps me moving 8-10 hours a day for 4 day a week so that has…

I feel the same way, but to fight the urge I decided to record the "If every day were like to today you would weight ___ in 5 weeks" in a notebook at the end of every day. After my 35 days i'm going to see how accurate the predictions were.

I'm on day 3 today, and feeling confident!

I love this group idea, very motivating! Today will be my first day, my weight was 127.2 and I would love to drop 5-7 lbs. I am also going to try to hit up the gym 5-6 days a week.

I saw this post, and I also enjoy drinking. My recent favorite is Rain Organics Vodka. One shot is 97 calories and mixed with seltzer water with a lime is delicious! It distilled from organic white corn and it has a great vodka taste, a slight burn without being over powering.
