This weeks challenge will be to do a new kind of exercise at least twice in addition to your normal program . For example my current exercise regime is slim in 6 burn it up. So this week in addition to that, I am going to roller blade with my dog for a minimum of thirty mins. two day this week.

1200 is just a number. But I do think that it depends on your body size. I'm 5'2" and 125lbs. I do not really need that many calories to keep my body going except on days with heavy exercise. Ok so I think I get this but have a question about exercise. My number as as follows: BMR - 1273 Maintenance - 1526 Height - 5'2" Weight - 125 So 1273+1000-1527= 746 So i can exercise for 254 calories before I should eat back any correct? and if i burn any calories over that I would need to eat them back if I only ate 1273…

I just recently got back into swimming after a long break. I used to swim competitively in my teens and never developed broad masculine shoulders. I think swimming is great and that you would have to train like crazy to start to build huge shoulders, so i wouldn't worry about it.

This month I was craving chocolate so bad. I held out for a couple days but finally caved and bought a Hershey's dark chocolate bar, it was only 180 calories. No Guilt. Craving satisfied.

If she starts making fun of you I would turn it around on her and call her a fat *kitten* for eating so much. I know that is probably counterproductive and fighting fire with fire is the quickest way to get burned. But if she cant respect you for choosing your health then she deserves it.

I don't have a very curvy bottom but I get my jeans at H&M. They sell them by waist and inseam instead of whole number sizes so you can really get a better fit.
