I have lost 115 pounds, lost over 50 before I began MFP. I do cardio every day, even on the days I do weights. I may only do 30 - 40 minutes AFTER the weights but I think it works best. Doing just one or the other will work but to maximize I found I had to do both

I just don't eat them. Don't tell me how to put them with other things, I just won't. I eat sweet potatoes and sometimes cheat a little with a 1/2 baked potato but I eat more fish, chicken and pork and just let the veggies go. BTW I have lost over 100 pounds in 2011. try an app called restaurant nutrition and you can usually find some restaurant very close to the one you're going to. It lists all menu items from many, many restaurants

Go to the store and get a different seat. THere arre some called saddle seats, a little wider than most. This makes a world of difference.

I think if you have reached your goal weight, don't try to lose more than 1 lb per week but use your weight training and exercise program to tighten the jiggles. BTW I have the same problem although I still have about 15 pounds more to lose, I am trying to get rid of those same areas

I do NOT eat my exercise calories and have been very successful. I have lost about 75 ponds since I began but about 23 since I founf MFP and MFP makes it easier. I know that my body needs 1200 calories to lose weight. If I only eat 1000 calories daily I see no progress. I think the exercise calories increases my weight…

Try 100 Calorie snacks every two to three hours and don't give in to the binge eating. It only takes about 2 weeks to get inn the habit of doing the right thing

This is a great tool. I had already lost 54 pounds when someone told me about this and it makes it much easier. Total down now about 72 pounds. Still have 30 to go
