Yes, the reason I choose active was because I figured if I am doing Shaun Ts MAx 30 5 times a week i would be considered activie. Apart from that, I have a sit down job at the office and run around pick up and drop off of my 3 young children.

Ok, so I should supplement to keep up my cardio endurance. I`ll add in 1 HIIT session a week to replace the yoga in p90x3 I think. That's what I was thinking to. Today on p90x3 it was yoga day, so I instead did Strength Max from Insanity max 30. Insanity max 30 is almost identical to T25, just minus the weights in max 30. I want to build strength but I want to hold on to my awesome cardio endurance.

Yes I think the recovery week seems to float more around exercises that seem to be more on the muscle building side. I see that cardio based exercises don`t seem to need a break and people who are doing more weight training seem more familiar with a recovery week. Yah it`s a pretty demanding program, especially when you are so dedicated and strict in those 8 weeks. Thanks for the props :smiley: I think I`m going to add in some stretch sessions and yoga exercises like you talked about for active rest.

I got the P90X3.... it`s unfortunately 6 days a week.. my schedule only allows me 5 days. So I am going to follow it.. it`ll take longer than the 3 months but wish me luck!
