well i'm not sure really how many calories i burn during exercise, I just go with what this website calculates for 30 mins turbo jam and 20 minute circuit trainining. My trainer told me to do weights first before cardio for the reason that after cardio your muscles are tired and you won't be able to push your muscles as much as you would if you started with weights first and waited for cardio after. Nope, I'm not familiar with paleo diet. It's just where I live (The Lower North Shore in Quebec) we have a lot of wild food and my dad's a hunter. Winter Hare, seasonal ducks, geese, moose, caribou, trout, salmon, winter partridge, he likes to hunt it all! haha

can i minus some calories because i don't eat any of the skin or fatty tissue, i peel it off and only eat the meat and it really isn't that much meat on them. after i have all the fatty skin tissue peeled off and discarded to the side of my plate there's not much left of the wing haha

Yah I don't eat the sauce, it's just there to marinate the wings for taste, I take the wings outta the sauce when I put them on my plate and all the sauce is left in the pan and gets thrown out afterwards
