First time posting - I'm 5'8" and started at about 165lbs a year ago..I'm now down to 142 and fitting into a US size 6-8 (depending on the store). Aiming for a littler lighter, around 135-140, but only because of a few tri's and runs I'm doing over the next 12 weeks. I'm hoping a few less pounds will make me just a littler…
