I think I'm going to track my measurements... I haven't lost any weight but I can feel it in my stomach!!! It feels less bulky. :) I'm gonna measure myself tomorrow. Thanks for the tips!

Well, I could use some more buddies too, I'm only 5 days into my weight loss journey--definitely could use some reciprocal support! I'm not in FL, but I'm 32!!!
