I drink coffee every morning with protein powder added as a creamer and SF syrup. I log each item and I count it as water. Throughout the day, I drink water with flavor packs added to it. I log the flavor packs and I count it as water! I feel as long as I am counting the added calories I am still getting the liquid intake!

I just bought a Sportline S71. It's a cheap Wal Mart model that retails for about $30, but I found one at a liquidation store for $15. I wanna see how well it works before I invest in something more expensive. Good luck everyone!

Try this out... Add 1/3 C Splenda and a sugar free drink mix packet of your favorite flavor to 8 ounces of plain non fat greek yogurt. It only adds 10 calories for a total of 100 calories! (if you are using Chobabi, like me!)

YES! I have been going to Zumba for about a year and a half and LOVE IT! I am not exactly a "fit" girl myself and I really love it. Give a try and keep at it!
