I just get really lazy about exercising. My excuse not to would be I don't have time or I'll do it tomorrow. I like to track my calories even when I eat bad because afterwards my awareness of what I just ate is like a smack in the face. Is it really that you are hungry or just bored and think your hungry. I could go to a buffet and fill up to my hearts desire and be ready for the next "meal" an hour later. I know I am definitly not hungry and don't need to eat and when it all comes down to it i'll be okay not eating. I'm given 1200 calories a day…

Allergic to Poultry! That is no fun. Most of the meat in my diet consists of chicken; I can understand how hard that would be. If I am not eating chicken I have soups or sanwiches. Hi, I am 5'5 or 5'6 and am supposed to consume 1200 calories a day. Some days this is so easy and other days it is not. I would say I average 1300 calories a day. It is a tough decision...I don't have a facebook page, I don't drink soda, I'm not much of a "drinker". I am already in the process of budgeting my finances! I would love to give something up for lent. I guess Chocolate? or maybe ice cream (like from TCBY). I am in love with that place. Well good luck to all.
