I am too! When I'm sad I eat, when I'm mad I eat, when I'm happy I eat! This is a very big problem for me! But I'm learning that taking a walk run or doing some kind of physical activity helps a lot! That way it takes my mind off food and I make better choices! It don't work all the time but my progress has gotten better!

Yes, Yes Yes! And it has been 12 years since I took that shot! After I had my kids, I went back to my normal weight! Then I started to take the dreaded depo shot! I blew up like a blow up doll! Now I am struggling to lose the weight!

Hello! I am also a working mom of 11 year old twins and yes it is hard to get a work out in! I try to plan my workout time the day before. My goal is to try to make it to the gym at 5am. That's the time my gym open. I keep weights at home and like to try different workouts in magazines.
