I've been doing this a week and I can never seem to get all of my calories in a day either. I think being a little under is OK, but too far under and you go into starvationmade. Last night I was like 800 under and made a bed time snack! Welcome to the site and good luck with your goals.

I wish I had a suggestion for you but I totally understand. I just carry lots of weight in my legs, no matter how much I loose or what kinds of exercise I try. The best think I have found to "reshape" my body is yoga...still have a LONG way to go on these thunder thighs of mine (LOL) Good luck to you.
