I've personally had luck with taking a "break" and changing my goal to maintain current weight for a few days, then back to my usual lose a pound a week setting. More protein seems to help me too

I honestly need all the motivation I can get. I've not been to the gym since before my surgery & honestly theres nothing keeping me from going & walking or some upper body work on the weights. I could probably get in the pool, but I want to wait after my follow up appointment on the 27th to make sure it's ok to get in…

I've only been twice so far..... must fix that. I'm just trying to keep myself calm about my surgery that is friday. knowing that if the ablation doesnt work, the only option left is a hysterectomy

sorry for shouting, but I HATE BEING SICK. The wonderful Ohio weather changes from being able to go out without a jacket on thursday to snow on saturday has taken it's toll on me. I'm going tomorrow at midnight with my friend I've gone to all the other midnight shows with, shes 20 weeks pregnant & so excited that her autographed Team Carlisle shirt fits (we met Peter Facinelli together) then on friday my best friend, her 11 year old & I are having a "girls date" for the 7pm in XD
