I agree with the comment about your TOM. When I joined my TOM was the following week and it seemed no matter what I did that week I had zero lost. The next week I had a 2lb lost. Hang in there, your body is probably trying to figure out what you are doing to it.

:) Part of my plan is to get the Minestrone soup and eat half of the Shrimp Primavera. I plan to not eat the salad, as I have heard that the dressing is loaded with calories.

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing, I came to the realization last night that I need to be more mindful of my portion sizes. Your comments just reinforce that conclusion.
