Thank you for your replies. I will count it, but the sugar content is what bothers me. I am always over on my sugar grams everyday. I thought fruit's natural sugar would not be so high or bad for me. Sometimes I want to give up on this healthy eating as I can't seem to do it right. I eat granola, banana chips, fruit,…
