  • I try not to eat the calories that I have burned but If I do alittle Im not beating myself up over it.... Its just all about staying on track and pushing your self to get a work out in and to choice the right foods one day at a time. I allow myself a 1000 calorie diet and I try to burn half off that at the gym... Key word…
