hey all! i just wanted to know if any of you use applesauce to bake desserts or anything else. I wanted to make some Banana Nut Bread from scratch using applesauce just now sure how much to use in the place of sugar or half of the sugar :D

HEYA EVERYONEEEEEEEEE WOOOOOOOOOT :D i'm in a great mood today. I hope you all are too :) my workout was great yesterday along with my eating for the first time! I moved and had to load it all and almost unload all of my stuff by myself and unpack it all so i worked HARD. :) im proud of myself i had to brag. hehe

Hey guys! i just wanted to know about frying chicken! I'm frying 4 oz patties of chicekn in 6 cups of grease (with my fry daddy) how do i know how much grease i'm getting to put down for my calorie consumption. Or.. My to find my best guess???

Heya thanks chipper i'll look into getting one! -today has been a good food day! but the exercise is blah. i can't seem to keep up to my vids so i burn like 20 cals.. :laugh: hopefully tomorrow will be better!

I go through the same thing a lot! or sometimes i just want to stuff my face and not stop! I usually don't ruin my WHOLE day, but im over my calories it's just not as bad as it was before. I'm working on finding a way to get over it :X

i really like exercise on demand. If you have time warner cable you can watch it even if you dont pay for on demand channels. It's something new all the time and i don't get bored!

:mad: so i work out with my sister in law and a friend. We usually go up to the closest school and walk the track at night. The problem is they make me really hate what i'm doing. They are fitter than i am which i really don't care about but they speed ahead of me. So as were doing a mile or three i'm a half a track behind…

hmm thought this would be a good place to say this.. Lol.. I didnt think you were supposed to eat back the calories you burned off and that's why you burned them off in the first place? This is all so confusing but now that i know im supposed to eat them back it will not be a problem :laugh:

i honestly hate eating breakfast. :noway: So far it has been my biggest obstical to overcome. I'm a basic cereal person now that i force myself to eat it every morning. A small muffin a cup of tea and a serving of fruit is okay too sometimes
