Agreed. My commute is an hour and I have to be there at 8:30. So I get my tail down to a fitness center near the office by 6:45 - 7 a.m. and work out an hour. It's routine now. I think my body responds like a robot!

All of that AND just give yourself time and try not to beat yourself up.

I completely understand. I have a small window of opportunity to do something for 20-25 min right after work. And that's only if I am ready to go at 5:10ish. If I have to work over at all, there's no time to do the work out. I have to get home and start my next shift!

I do the same thing. I noticed for myself that if I watch my sugar, I will see improvement (along with my exercise). It's when I let my sweettooth take control a few days, that I get off track. For me, if I make the decision to truly watch the sweets, I do better.

I'm right with Jaime. This is exactly how I am having to handle my time now. With a new job and longer commute plus many demands with all the kiddos, my hubby and I know I will do a major workout on Monday and Wednesday evening when I get home then something on Saturday. Any other time, is fit in as I can when the babies…
