  • Slow and steady, girl. I'm proud of you!
  • Good post. I have days where I occasionally go over a little.. but there are a lot of days, and it seems like it's the days when I pre-plan my meals, that I'm consistently under. I've ever planned a day before that was right on the money calorie wise.. and when I was eating that last meal, I got so full before I could…
  • Hello and welcome! This place is great, and I know you will love it as much as I do! Good luck with your journey!
  • I don't find that I'm starving, except after these two workouts: Swimming, and hiking for long distances. It's weird. Any other cardio, running, jogging, walking, biking, skating.. they don't make me hungry. But swimming and hiking definately do.
  • Yeah, no envy here. I know this must be as tough for you as it is for us on the other side of the spectrum. My husband is quite a bit that way. His metabolism is insane. Lots and lots and lots of protein. I've also seen that if he DOESN'T get a lot of protein, he becomes grumpy and lethargic. Good luck, and I hope you find…
  • Oh! I love laughing cow cheese! I didn't know it was that low calorie! That's on my grocery list now!
  • Welcome and best of luck to you!!!! I agree, this site is awesome, and there are so many great people here!

  • I love FiberOne bars. I had that issue only the firsty few days I was eating them, but it soon passed. I really believe it was because of how little fiber I was getting before. My body just needed to adjust.
  • Eh, it really depends for me. If it's normal cramps, the kind that just annoy you.. I say push through it. If your cramps are debilitating, and making you cry (as do mine from time to time) I see no harm in resting, or just a mild workout. I found that if I try to push through that kind of pain, I really burn myself out to…
  • I'm not trying to argue... but this honestly sounds like a self esteem issue. We are our own worst enemies. You sound as though you're being exceedingly hard on yourself.
  • LOL! I take Lunesta. No lie. Why did no one ever tell me that could be a side effect? *siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* I will definately be seeing a doctor. Due for a recheck this month anyhow.
  • Welcome! this place is really great, and so are the people. :) You'll love it here!
  • I am NOT pregnant.. I miscarried. Edited to add this was BEFORE my diet change. And edited again to clear up any confusion. I realize it seemed as though that made me mad.. lol. It didn't.
  • >.< You know what.... that last post just answered my question entirely. I'm about to put myself out there, but eh.... I've made peace with what I'm about to say. Just before I started all of this, I experienced a very early miscarriage. I'm not even supposed to be able to get pregnant right now, but I did. Anyways, I…
  • I will try that. Thanks for your help.
  • Oh lord. I just looked that up and that's actually scary. I don't want to starve myself. As a general rule, I am JUST under or slightly over my 1360 goal. But I am losing weight really rapidly. Do you think that maybe I should up my calorie limit just a little?
  • I have been taking a prenatal for quite some time. Even before the diet, but I have started taking fish oil. I wonder if that could be it. Maybe I will cut that out for a few days and see if it stops.
  • I don't have any crowns or fillings in my teeth, and I literally had a complete dental checkup and cleaning not 3 months ago. Maybe I should go back... hrm..
  • I have much the same problem. You are definately not alone. My husband is 6'3" and slim, even though he consumes around 6 sodas and a day and eats whatever he wants. KalB can attest to this fact, as she went to highschool with him.. lol. Be those things as they may, sometimes it's hard for them to understand that despite…
  • Cheese for me, definately. And dark chocolate.
  • AMEN to this topic! "Their" "They're" and "There"... Learn it, love it. That's the one that gets me the most!
  • He loved Nascar, and card games. He used to protect the quail that congregated around his house, which was feat because he lived in a secluded area. He'd feed them, too. A few times a day, bird seed and left over vegetables and fruits. He was a devout mormon man, and found room in his heart for everyone he met. When I…
  • LOL!!!! You are so cute, Seoid! <3 <3 <3

  • Woooooah... First of all, no one here knows what sort of bantering relationship she and her friend may have. My best friend and I playfully call each other names all the time. And she's on this website, so you can ask her if you want. Second, maybe she's planning on showing this to her friend, and the information that…
  • This is going to sound silly, but.....Read a book. It's what works for me. If I can envelop myself in a good book, I stop thinking about food completely.
  • That's... bad. Is she thin now? Does she think that starving herself will make her thin? You and your friend need to have a heart to heart, for sure.
  • Well, unless you count having to pay in patience for some of us pain in the butt members, this site is entirely free. I BELIEVE, and I could be wrong, that it's because of the ads. Anyways, welcome. :)
  • I am a 'trial and error' learner. So weighing in every day not only keeps me accountable for the things that I put in my body, it helps me see how things like excessive sodium intake and AF cause fluctuations in my weight.
  • I'm glad I'm not the only on this is happening to. I've been using vitamin E oil, but I will look into the other products as well.
  • Well I thought all of mine had faded down to white. The ones I'm seeing now are red, like they start out in the beginning. I just don't understand how I'm getting them while I'm losing weight.
