I'm in the middle of stage 2 and was feeling so fat this past week. Everywhere just looked so big!! I think it may just be water since lifting will draw water into the muscles. My arms aren't huge but definitely bigger...shirts are tight. I'm a little concerned cause I sure dont want big arms but am being patient to see whether they will get smaller as the fat diminishes. If not, I'm in trouble...I hope some replies to this question will shed some light on what if anything we should be doing…

You should do a complete reset where you eat your full TDEE for several weeks before eating at a TDEE with a deficit. Check out 'eat more to weigh less'...there's a group on here as well as a website. Good luck!
