Great advice! I am on week 5 of the C25k plan and run inside on a treadmill. I run at .5 incline and 3.9, which I feel is slow too however after doing some research on the C25k site it really is just about training yourself to run at this point. Once we complete the program then we can start working on pace. GREAT…

I also go to Fleet Feet. If you don't have one around ask anyone who runs or GOOGLE a store that will "fit" you for shoes. Best investment I made!

Another option is to cook your chicken breasts in a crockpot. I do this every other week, just to mix things up. Super easy and convenient. Depending on the flavor you want, cook chicken in broth and add in what you are in the mood for. Personally, I like my food spicy so I will add in a little chicken broth and a jar of…

I am on week 4 and have done most of my training on the treadmill. I have never ran before and am not in very good shape so starting out on a treadmill was my method of choice. I honestly feel that if it had been too hard, I would have given up. Now I love my work outs, I still feel challenged and one day I WILL run…

For starters, I pack protein bars for a quick meal or snack when I can't get real (healthy food). If staying in a hotel with a…
