  • Not feeling well last week so hoping to catch up this week instead. However, I still lost weight as I was monitoring my food intake :-) Started Week 1 @ 198.6 lbs Started Week 2 @ 197 lbs

  • I had a bad night and hardly got any sleep so I couldn't get up to work out. Weigh in this morning at 198.6 lbs. However, I was able to plan my meals better than usual. I had a -273 for calorie intake. I would still take it as a win considering how I have been eating the last few years :-)

I lost 30 lbs 4 years ago and gained it back again plus 20lbs more! I went through some rough time at work and now I am at a new job…

  • I am in! Signed up for a gym membership 2 months ago but can't stay motivated by myself :( so hoping that this challenge will give me the added push! Aiming to lose 1.5 lbs per week so 9 lbs at the end of this challenge. 60 minutes X 5 days a week at the gym on various group sessions or walking around my neighborhood!…
