Loving it so far. I'm having massive fruit salads with fat free yoghurt for breakfast. Big salads and eggs for lunch. I'm sticking to it religiously. I find having rules is making me super strict which is what I need. After a year of going it alone it's nice to have some structure. Plus I love a bit of healthy competition…

I've just made a syn free couscous cake. 250g couscous, juice of 1 orange and lemon. Add boiling water to the couscous until its absorbed. Add 4-5 teaspoons of sweetener. 2 whisked eggs. Mix the lot together and bake for about half an hour at 180. Devide into 6 and it's 95 cals per slice. You can also use a muller light…

I'm good for either. I've watched them and I don't mind my other half watching adult movies either, he's a bloke. I have read 1 adult book and to be honest I was more interested in the story than the sex. I guess a book prolongs to process whereas a movie gets the job done quickly???!!! :blushing:

Crap it I've just gone and written a new post introducing myself. Serves me right for not reading things properly haha. Anyway I'm Steph, 24 from London. So far lost 56lbs over the past year on a low fat diet using MFP. Still have 20lbs to go but have been gaining and losing the same 2lbs since March. Joining slimming…

make bolognese sauce. onion garlic and pretty much any veg, add chopped tomatoes and blitz the lot in a food blender. Makes the sauce really rich and just add it to mince.

Your supply may have dropped because as bub gets older they will eat more solids and not need as much milk.I'm not BFing anymore but did feed my daughter until she was 1. My supply dropped and dropped until there was nothing left and that was all her doing. I never ate back my BF cals but did eat about 1500 a day x

For me personally. I was lazy. I could never stick to eating healthily and I didn't like exercising. My portion size was ridiculous and covered in cheese so yeah.

I started with dvds then just joined the gym. I don't go on the treadmill because I don't want to jiggle everywhere (also have a knee injury) so bike and cross trainer is where I live. I don't care what people think.I work hard, sweat buckets. At the end of the day people are there for the same reason!

Nope. I did once. That relationship lasted 2 weeks, I felt like an amazonian warrior next to him!

Yep I do. If I gain I log it!

Pretty much exactly the same. I'm 5"8.5 and my goal is 170lbs. I'm very curvy and I think that would be easy for me to maintain

I'm half Jamaican....and I live in London (UK) so I don't really count but I'll wave :)

I dont really think they work. The scales say my body fat is something like 46% but the instructor put me as 27% when he took all my measurements!

What an absolute cow bag. Any size is sexy. I'd write in a complain, you never know you might get a voucher :P Argh I'm annoyed for you! Don't let comments like that get under your skin x

Yes. I have dinner early with my daughter at 5. By the time I put her to bed at 7ish I'm hungry so will have a yoghurt. By 9.30 I'm hungry again....I tend to just have **** loads of fruit but tonight I had a small bowl of cereal. As long as you stay away from the naughty stuff I don't think it's that bad x

I'm 5"8.5, currently weigh 185ish, started at 241lbs and my goal weight is to get to about 170. lost 56lbs since last year (few days away from the big 365) I'm currently maintaining my weight as I've basically not really been able to lose anything for a few months. Doctor suggested maintaining for 6 months then going for…

Aw thank you everyone. Basically I lost my first 30/40lbs through diet alone. I didn't eat anything with more than 5g of fat per 100g and cut out starchy carbs at dinner. I was very strict with it, lots of lean meat and veg. Once I lost a chunk of weight I did 30 day shred. I upped my walking, recently joined a gym and try…

Hiya luv. I'm 5"8.5 so at the taller end. Personally I think it will be very difficult for me to get any lower than that and stay there. Today is the first day I've actually seen a difference so I'm feeling all giddy haha. Good luck with your journey chick xxx

Thank you everyone :) How did I do it? The same was most people do. Ate well and exercised more hehe x
