  • Will probably get killed for this but I've not cut sugar out at all. The kind of diet I'm doing is low fat and sugar has got 0 fat. I still have sugar in my tea and everything and this diet personally works for me. Sorry probably not help but I've not cut anything out, just have it all in moderation x
  • I did Zumba and gym last week while Aunt flo was in town. Uncomfortable yes, but hey ho I'm not going to not exercise just because. Tbh since being on the pill my periods aren't that heavy so I can. If they were like they used to be then no way in hell would I be working out so it depends on you, and how comfortable you…
  • I live 10 minutes away from essex does that count haha. And I don't think I could ever be the petite blone essex stereotype! I'm far to tall and afro'd for that :P
  • I was always big, overweight from the age of about 7. During the teenage years I'd always say ok I'll loose x amount of weight by summer. Did 1 day of exercise and ate 1 bowl of salad and didn't see a change so carried on eating massive bowls of cheesy pasta and wondered where I was going wrong. I put on even more weight…
  • mummma - stay at home mummma ???
  • My guy (when home) eats ridiculous amounts but I always do the food shop. When he's home i spend twice as much but I don't really care. We pay for different things and I don't keep count
  • dirty bashment and old skool garage! make's me pull  faces!
  • Without sounding totally gay I'm so glad I've found you chick. So nice to go through this knowing that someone actually understands where I'm coming from and what its like. We'll definitely get through it and it'll ultimately make our relationships with our men stronger. August is ages away but if we can try not to count…
  • hazev74 I assume you're born in 74 lol so 38 ???
  • Well for me and my 16 month old a £50 shop will last us nearly 2 weeks. When my other half is on leave it's more like £80 a week. Royal Marines eat a LOT!
  • SW 241lbs CW 185lbs (although easter is making me eat a LOT so I've probably gone back up to 190) GW 170lbs Would like to get there by 15th August 2012 So all in all 71lbs needed to be lost, so about another 20lbs to go give or take. I like my curves which is why I don't have a target of 145 ("perfect bmi") I don't really…
  • I personally like weighing in daily. I know how much weight can fluctuate from day to day and it definitely keeps me on track. If it does go up a little bit I know I need to crack down a little more and it doesn't stress me out
  • Hiya. I'm an East Londoner but have been to Leeds (to eat nando's and krispy kremes haha) good luck with your journey. Feel free to add x
  • I wish. I had massive knockers before I got pregnant. Breastfeeding and losing 4stone = saaaaag. It sucks but I try not to let it get to me. If there was a magic boob solution I'd be on it like a car bonnet but unfortunately I'd rather be fitter, healthier, and slimmer with smaller boobs, than the 18stone big boobed person…
  • I'm 5"9 in the morning, 5"8 in the evening lol (good old gravity) but I'm going to comment anyway haha. I started off 241lbs, I'm currently 187lbs and aiming for about 170lbs (size 12-14 uk) I don't want to be thin, I love my bum and curves and I think it will be easier for me to maintain.
  • I have loads of cals left over today but I'm not going to force myself to eat. I'll just have a better day tomorrow, maybe have a treat :) x
  • Any british military here???
  • My guy is training at the moment to be a Royal Marine so once he passes and pops the question I'll be a Royal Marines wife and I cannot wait!!!!!!

  • Go to www.pakcosmetics.com I get all my products from there. I use creme of nature shampoo and conditioner and use hair mayonnaise treatment once a month. http://www.pakcosmetics.com/brand/africas-best/organics-olive-oil/organics-olive-oil-moisturizing-growth-lotion.html I use this daily. • Ooh I like that I need to find the Brits. Suddenly I don't feel so small compared to the bazillions of Americans on the site haha.
  • Personally I don't. I have sugar in my tea and it's one of the things I allow myself however much I wan't and don't count it (same with fruit). I know I'll probably get lynched for saying it but hey ho. I'm still losing weight. I'm going down the low fat route anyway so the calories in sugar etc don't bother me.
  • I make a super salad. watercress, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, sweetcorn, sundried tomatoes, olives, cucumber, basically anything you can think of. It's super filling and I make a massive bowl so it lasts a few days. I also make soups in my slow cooker and freeze a bunch. I always struggle with lunch because I like to stay…
