sounds right to me. could be taking your body a bit to adjust? what kind of things are you eating if you dont mind me asking? i just find that even if i am under my calorie goal, but have had a particularly fatty day then i'll put on/maintain. i dont use oil or eat cheese. maybe steer clear of that kind of stuff? sorry not…

i love 30 day shred. when i started it i was like no way in hell can i do this, but i did. and i am so much fitter now than i was. even though i've done the 30 days i still do the shred at least 4 days a week and just alternate the days. everyone needs a little jillian in their lives she is totally addictive!

dont be too hard on yourself chick. your foot will be better in no time. i aim to work out 20-30 mins everyday not including walking. so i either do my 30 day shred dvd or go on the exercise bike for half an hour. i dont think a few days of taking it easy will do anything x

i dont just because it seems like more hassel than its worth. i know that the calories lost will not be exact, but they will be a rough estimate and thats good enough for me. i'm still losing weight and that's all that matters to me x

i got me an afro and im doing the 30 day shred at the moment so get very sweaty. i cant wash it everyday so i do twice a week, otherwise it gets so dry it breaks. i just tie it up, make sure its brushed and dried properly. then use my hair mayonnaise when i do wash it to give it a deep conditioning. its a pain and im sure…
