Goals: 1- Log daily 2-Exercise for 60 mins/day; 30 mins high intensity, 30 mins walking 3-Drink 10 glasses of water/day 4-10,000 steps/day on fitbit 5- Lose 1 lb/week, hoping for 2 but trying to be realistic!
