I do have to eat before I lay down the first time though because I sleep better- Probably bad, but just me! lol

I try not to eat anything during the day when I am supposed to be sleeping and eat most of my calories when I am awake at night. The only day it might catch you is when you switch back to the land of the living day! lol I am not sure this is the most effective but this is the best I could find for myself.

I weigh myself daily but only in the mornings after Ive used the bathroom and before I eat or drink anything. I only log it once a week though. You could try that =)

Yes you should eat them all--in case of exercise there is MUCH debate about this. But you should eat all the calories that it shows when you first sign on every morning before you have ate anything. MFP knows that your body needs AT LEAST that much to function properly--anything under that and it can cause many problems.…
