He still is up all hours of the night but he does he less throughout the day. So I'll try 500 to see what happens and then if it isn't enough I'll switch to 300. Thanks!

It was around 5-6 months -- I had just started a new job and was pumping 5 days a week. I figure that played into as well.

I give blood frequently and if I were you I would not go to your class. You may feel fine and dandy now but once you heart is pumping and you are down a whole pint of blood your body really feels that. I think it's important to let yourself go every once in a while so that you won't have days where you want to eat everything bad for you insight! No worries about today! Make tomorrow better!! =D

They are VERY true to size... I have never bought something like that online until this year, but I had success. Make sure you have your measurements just in case, but mostly it goes by pants size and bra size. =D Hope this helps!

If you are struggling with eatting healthy--at first just look at your calorie intake. Just start eating smaller portions and log your calories... The idea is that you can eat everything in moderation, but the goal is to make healthier choices. Start small--don't overwhlem yourself. =)

Well if it isn't normal then we are both abnormal! lol I want to eat everything in site when TOM is here. But I combat it by exercising more so that I can eat more. Make sure that you are drinking LOTS of water too, that can help make you feel more full. Hope this helps!
