I haven't had 2% in a long time, but when I did used to drink it and switched to super skim... I do remember I was shocked that it tasted almost the same!

I had never seen it either until a friend introduced me to it one day! Its about ten calories more (90) for one cup...so it's rather comparable. And I am not sure how it's made or why it's thicker...worth looking into I guess.

I gave blood yesterday and I must say it is such a great thing to do! I give every chance that I get! I would eat extra today and drink PLENTY of water and juice. You did just lose blood volume but that sucks alot of your energy too, so the extra calories will help you not to crash completely! I wouldn't do much working…

I'm 21 and weigh about 119 ... I log it as circuit training and it says that I burn around 144... Seems about right, but then again I am not sure I need a HRM as well

Check into the WW scales accuracy... I read another post about theirs not being right on. Did you change your start weight? Did you use that old scale to get your starting weight too? Because if you did then you should add the difference it made to your starting weight as well... Just a thought.

So.... I did Level 1 Day 3 without the weights and I pushed the cardio just to make sure I was burning my calories well enough. Last night was Day 4 and I decided to buck up and pick those weights back up. I think the day of rest really helped and I think I worked alot of the soreness out last night...could it be that…

I have 5 pound weights under Matt's advisement...yeah, BAD IDEA! lol ... I think I am going to do it tonight without weights just to keep the cardio going but my arms truly are hurting pretty badly... I can't tell if it is sore or an injury... I'm noy good at substitutions (sp) soooo I exercise tons and eat the real thing...sad but true! lol Dark Chocolate is a good alternative though...it is better for you than milk chocolate and it tastes yummy! =)
