  • I maintained a healthy weight in the 130's by eating a Mt. Dew code red and snickers for breakfast, Mcd's (or other fast food) for lunch, and usually skipping dinner but if I did eat, it was more fast food, hamburger helper, ramen or tuna or alcohol.... I lived tlike this pretty much until I got pregnant. Yeah, it caught…
  • bump for later!!!
  • you looked great!
  • I hate that darn thing!!! I don't count mine, but I feel like I should sometimes... Pushing the blasted kiddie cart, dealing w/ a 3yr old and a 18 mo old, through 3 stores.. no less than 3 hours (usually closer to 5 total... yes I'm a couponer).. It's exhausting.. Yes I have worked up a sweat, and even done sprints a time…
  • If it's new, w/ tags, give it to her, she doesn't have to know that it is a regift. If it's not, offer it too her, just say "my sister gave me this bag, it's not really 'me' but I thought it looked more your style" but don't make it her gift.
  • Does that mean, that even though I'm w/in my calories, I should eat less if I'm not feeling hungry between meals?
  • I've found that by being choosy and measuring, I'm seldom actually "hungry"... my problem is just wanting to eat... I might start chewing gum or something. I used to smoke, and I think I inadverently subbed smoking w/ snacking. I find myself aimlessly wandering into my pantry, the same as I used to go outside to smoke if I…
  • Wow, I must be dead and didn't realize it, or I'm mentally ill (okay, maybe slightly insane but that's neither here nor there)... I too, only have eyes for my hubby. If I admire anybody's body, it's not with lustful eyes, it's more of a "wow they are really in shape" admiration with a hint of envy, and a dash of motivation…
  • I think it'd taste like *kitten*...aside from that, part of me is tempted to kick start, esp since you don't have to limit anything, you don't have to eat or drink anything that may be harmful, but part of me wants lasting results that will last from lifestyle changes, and I don't think I'd be willing to drink vinegar…
  • never really noticed...
  • Well, first, i quit buying it to drink at home, it was too expensive anyways, and I switched to sweet tea, home brewed not the can stuff. But, I'd still buy a coke while i was out, but it wasn't as much as I was drinking, so that was a good thing. Unless my mom is coming (diet coke) or my FIL (regular coke) I don't…
  • He's always on my case about not checking the curtains when I'm running around the house in various states of undress, but other than that he <3's me naked. Always has, no matter what size, even when I can't stand to look at myself he finds something to love. I'm pretty sure if I tried to start hiding behind locked doors,…
  • My Wii fit called me OBESE... the nerve of the thing, right? I was living in complete denial... I knew I had a "few" pounds to lose, and my jeans were a little tight (or wouldn't button), but whatever, ya know? So the tight jeans got me on the wii, but a few weeks of that produced NO results, so I figured take it one step…
  • Awww!!! I want to cuddle the mini kilted man!!! I would however, check to make sure he's not commando before i pick him up... i have a boy, I learned my lesson
  • i've found I burn differently on each disc of turbo jam, that I've tried so far. Some I burn more than MFP says, and some less. So w/o my HRM, I'd be lost.
  • I'm taking the prenatals I took when i was pregnant and breastfeeding, even though I'm not either or looking to be either... they're just here, so why not... and Naturmade Super Vitamin B complex
  • pass on the popcorn they sell, bring a big bag and smuggle in carrot sticks??
  • I've heard popcorn is a good source for whole grains... I make it the same you do, only add a smidge of butter. On days I'm hungry but don't have a whole lot of cals to mess around with, it's my snack of choice.

  • you log your morning coffee before you DRINK your morning coffee
  • BUMPING cuz I have the same question, only not quite as extreme. I burn 600-800 for exercise in the average day and at most i eat 14-1600, and the 1600 is pushing it, almost forcing it most days.
  • have my IUD taken out, then go to an isolated beach where it's just my family, the sunshine and the waves
  • i have the Mirena IUD. I was on it for a little over a year, gaining a little (I was very active, not sure about food) had it taken out because it tilted and was poking me when ever hubs and I would "burn calories". I had NO periods after the first few months of it being in. When it was taken out, I got pregnant THE 1st…
  • i do it sometimes, like if I know I'm heading out for the day, and I know what I'm having for dinner, I'll plug in dinner, and then play around with lunch options to see what I can eat. If I know what I'm eating for lunch, before i go there I'm less likely to eat something stupid. I just walk in and order, not wasting time…
  • I'm a SAHM (as if I'm ever home though lol) and don't have time for the gym, i live 40 min from the nearest gym, I'd also need an affordable option for my two kids while I'm working out. Just getting the kids ready to go, the drive there, then work out, shower, and back home would take wa-ay too much time for me. So, I had…

  • I have the mirena IUD, I've had it for about 16 months.. I don't know for sure if the IUD is partly responsible for my gain or not. When I delivered in Feb 09, I don't remember the poundage, but I was between an 8 and a 10. By Nov. I bought a size 12, and now I can't button them. I've been here for a month, working hard,…
