When I'm at school, money is tight because I pay for all my bills. I still manage to eat healthy by checking out grocery ads and meticulously planning my shopping trip. Stock up on brown rice, tuna, beans, and frozen meat products in bulk.

I like the texture of PB2, it's as fluffy or dense as you want, because you control the amount of water that goes into it. I'm a peanut butter junkie and it definitely helps...unfortunately, it's a much more mild peanut butter flavor. TOTALLY worth it, though.

You've got to turn on the TV and just DO IT! Tell yourself you'll only do it for ten minutes...then when ten minutes pass tell yourself only five more. Then keep going. Damn it, I better go get on the treadmill right now, lol.

I started counting calories but now I'm on Weight Watchers. I became waay too obsessed with calories and it didn't go well for me. I LOVE MFP, even though I'm using WW. I use them both so I can make sure I'm meeting my points AND still getting the proper macronutrients.

Oh my, this is beyond disturbing. What the heck could they possibly even talk about? Prom and year book?! Her parents are definitely money hungry--I can't believe they allowed this. They'll be divorced soon enough. Hopefully before she gets knocked up.

Can a break up ever be nice? I don't think so. Sit him down, preferably at his place (so you can leave), and just tell him how you feel. Maybe that everything he's been saying is really overwhelming for you and that you've realized that this isn't the relationship you can see yourself being in forever.

Haha. I remember that... The first time I did 30DS it sucked...I hurt, a lot! If all of her crazy lunges bother you, drop your weights or do one lunge for every two she does. Just tailor it to make it work for you...just remember to keep pushing yourself.
