My biggest problem is in the car. A friend suggested I buy a bag of sunflower seeds and focus on cracking each one individually. I mean, you can just spit them out if you don't want the calories!

My new favorite is the Liberte Greek- Lemon. I pretty much stick with Fage, tho light and fit makes some good flavors.

I'd be down. I was doing great until last week!!! (which caused a 4 lb gain..wtf) definitely down to achieve my goals next time.

At 5'9" and 187, I was a 12...sometimes a 14. Probably a 14 and I had just stretched out my 12's getting there.

I LOVE beer, but since dieting I try to stick to a hard alcohol and non-calorie drink mix. Some of my favs: -Rum or whiskey and Diet Coke -Vodka, water, and MIO drops -Vodka and fruitty fuzzy water -Tequila and Diet Fresca

CW: 176.8! Up 2.8 lbs this week! Easter was iffy and last night I went CRAZY with Mexican...plus, I haven't pooped in like 5 days. TMI, sorry! I hope to be back down to 174 by next Wed... UGH.

All natural chicken salad from my local health foods store and GF rice crackers. Unfortunately, vegenaise has about the same calorie content as real mayo :( Tasty but calorific lunch!

Well, three days to weigh in and I've gained 0.4 lbs--which has stuck around for 2+ days. LAME. Totally have been eating/drinking within my cal limits!

I can only buy the individual servings with the breadsticks...No self control. Give me a big jar of it, I will find a way to eat my entire calorie allowance with it. Eek.

I found this last week! Used Craisins instead--just the sweetness I needed. Next time I want to throw walnut and choc chips in.

I did NOT get any running in last week....maybe I'm not ready? Will continue to eat within my macros and walk. Main concerns for this week: -My boyfriend is leaving for five days---his presence keeps me accountable, so I hope not to slip up. -I've been having some great losses--if those stop, I hope not to get discouraged.

Cereal, hands down...Either Multigrain Cheerios or Frosted Wheat--they're kind of healthy...until you eat a family size box of them. Also, peanut or pretzel m&ms. Can't stop.
