Hey everyone. Today has been a good day so far. I'm feeling less stressed than I have in a long time. Had a HORRIBLE day yesterday--probably due to some bad news I got, but I'm back tracking today and feeling good about it.

It's really convenient, I eat a lot of it--but I often go waaay over my sodium allowance. For the calories, I think it's a good choice. Just make sure you get your water in!

I drink caffeine-free...and I still feel addicted. I think I just like the bubbles.

I would live off diet coke if that were possible. I also like aspartame better than real sugar :D Whatever! I'm still losing weight.

I would absolutely not go lower than 1200 net calories. Weight loss is perceived generally as calories in-vs calories out...but in combination with other factors it sometimes just doesn't work that way. I suggest you stick to a little above 1200 calories and make your diet as perfect as possible.

Well, I can tell you where I like to see men wear their pants... It's all about the back pockets. 30 DS is HARD but so worth it. Even for people IN shape it is still a challenge. I 110% suggest you start it. Plus, Jillian's helpers go at two different intensities--you could follow the lower one. It's a really great workout, you just have to push through it and NOT stop. You'll definitely notice improvement by the end…
