Y'all are amazing AND motivational. I'm definitely checking out the recommended sites. Certainly, I will find a plan for me. I don't think, after reading your comments, I will not bulk up. I generally don't eat over 1600 net calories.

Wow! Beast mode :) Keep up the awesomeness!

Great routine! I'm certain I will not eat over 1600 net calories on any given day. So bulking up should be out of the question. I'm glad to know in advance to ignore the scale if she decides to go up. *congrats on a low body fat*

Holy crap! I'll lift heavy to get this definition! Amazing job.

Keep on the healthy track! It may be a longer road ahead of you but in the long run rumor has it  you are more likely to keep the weight off versus someone who "starves" their body. I am by no means an expert. However, seeing others around me do a liquid diet or fasting just to see a loss on the scale was not…

Bumping this to keep it alive on the boards! You and the entire family have my prayers for a safe return of your cousin to his wife and kids and family!
-
Thank you all for the prayers. If you want to share with your church or other prayer warriors please do. I know the Lord will take care of the entire situation. He will carry my heavy load. I will continue to pray without ceasing and have undoubted faith in my Father God! I have began to speak with church members about the…

I've lost 63 lbs all together since my dx of PCOS early 2011. My cycles were regulated until this month. I had 6-7 normal cycles until now. Still not sure what is going on right now though. A little background on my success deals with some use of Metformin (no longer required), low carbs, high cardio, high protein,…

It is cheaper to avoid the junk and fast food all in all. However, I too have used the reasoning that you have pointed out. But once I changed to buying food in the store, my bank card AND my tummy thanked me! Where my husband and I would spend $100+ each week in fast food/junk, I can make healthy, whole food meals & yes…

I still have days where I PUSH myself to love the positive. On the other hand, I still see negatives. But as a human, its been said we will never be fully satisfied!

My man's biceps/triceps. He has to be able to protect me. And he has to look cutely innocent at times also...dimples. And stunning blue eyes, now that's just a plus when added to the first two! Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm

8 lbs is all? Honestly, if you had just posted the pics, my guess would have been more. You are doing wonderful, keep it up!!!

Perfect Advice!!!

My opinion, is it shallow? NO! However, if I still weighed as much as I did when I started, I might be tempted to say yes. I see it as a persons way of wanting a healthy future with their SO. Now that I have lost weight, I see things in a whole new way. Don't get me wrong, other than health issues, I see nothing…

At least 4! Hoping to have them all 2 years apart. However, my husband is wanting 12 boys and 12 girls lol He has his hopes on a football team and cheer leading squad. Unless he decides to have sister wives (not ever happening though) he better start making babies himself! Would consider fostering children though.…

I am blown away. You are breath taking (and no I'm not hitting on her  ) I even had to have my husband look. You have done a wonderful job and look amazing just the way you are!!!

First off, let me start off by saying, I am terribly sorry that you are going through this. But keep your head held high! I haven't read the first thread yet but I will give my input since this is on an open board. I have been in her shoes myself. Things were supposed to be innocent but I did treat my husband (fiance at…

6 1/2 inch wrist here  After already losing 50 lbs and having around 40 to go, my goal weight is 165-175 lbs. With already knowing what my body looked like at 155 lbs (5 years ago) I was not happy with how my hip and rib bones would show. Plus I have broad shoulders as most larger framed women do. I think that a…
